Privacy policy

This policy explains what IndexToAI (VORREX IGNITE LLC) collects and why. Updated October 25, 2026.

What we collect

• Website scans: the address you enter and what our scanner reads from that public site.
• Your account: your email, your business profile, your saved questions, your plan and your check results.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Technical data: a one-way scrambled version of your IP address to stop abuse, and one sign-in cookie when you sign in. No ad trackers.

How we use it

To run the service: scanning, writing your profile drafts, publishing your profile once you confirm your site, sending IndexNow updates, running AI answer checks, sending sign-in codes and service emails, and billing.

Who we share it with

Only the providers that run the service: Netlify (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Anthropic (drafting your profile from your public website text), and the AI engines we ask your customer questions (OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, Google, xAI). The questions we send don’t include your name or email. Your published profile is public by design. We don’t sell your data.

Your choices

You can edit your profile at any time, cancel your plan, or ask us to delete your account and data.

Children

IndexToAI is a business service and is not meant for children under 13.
