If you saw IndexToAI-Scanner/1.0 in your logs: a person asked IndexToAI to check how ready a website is for AI search tools. The scanner made a handful of requests and stopped.

What it reads

  • Your home page (following up to 5 redirects)
  • /robots.txt
  • /llms.txt
  • /sitemap.xml (or the sitemap named in robots.txt)

It sends no cookies, never submits forms and never crawls further. Each scan has a time limit of about 15 seconds and a size limit per file.

To stop scans of your site, contact us with your domain and we’ll block it.
